Admission requirements
To be eligible for this program you must meet one of these criteria:
- Hold a diploma of vocational studies (DVS) in Cuisine or a training course deemed equivalent, OR
- Hold a college diploma in Gestion d’un établissement de la restauration (DCS 430.B0) or equivalent training course AND have accumulated at least 500 hours of recent cooking work experience, OR
- Have worked as a cook for a minimum of 1 500 hours, specifically in the food processing sector
