During this unique evening created by François Chartier, you will savour a 5-course multi-sensory menu paired with a selection of hand-picked fine wines, showcasing the principles of synaesthesia and the aromatic science of molecular harmonies.
Taking its inspiration from Riopelle’s six primary colours and masterpiece, L’Hommage à Rosa Luxemburg, the Chartier World LAB in Barcelona, in collaboration with the Musée National des Beaux-Arts de Québec, sublimed Riopelle’s art into aromas and fragrances.
