As part of the 7th edition of the MYCO festival, the meeting place for forest gastronomy in the Mauricie region, the Restaurant de l’ITHQ is delighted to welcome Chef Samy Benabed of l’Auberge Saint-Mathieu, revelation of the year 2023 at the Lauriers de la gastronomie québécoise.
Together with our executive chef Karine Beauchamp and our pastry chef Éric Champagne, Chef Benabed will propose a creative tasting menu featuring mushrooms, spices, nuts and berries from the forests of Mauricie.
