This course is intended for any worker in the food service industry who plays a role in maintaining food safety and public health:

  • Chefs, cooks and assistant cooks; Maître d’s and waiters;
  • Maintenance and dishwashing personnel.

It will enable you to:

  • understand the share of responsibility you have in the handling of food to ensure food safety;
  • learn the standards and requirements regarding food handling and to know how to implement them.
