Presentation

Profitable tourism means sustainable tourism

You can’t just throw together a tourist attraction and make it profitable! You have to quickly understand the potential of an area, enhance the attraction while preserving it, and identify its opportunities and weaknesses so that visitors love it and operators can make money. Achieving all of this requires solid professional skills. With its work-study format, this ITHQ Signature program lets you make your mark on the job market throughout your training, which includes over 1000 hours of practical industry experience.

This unique training includes:

  • Many management courses, particularly in the area of employee engagement.
  • English language and culture courses complemented with an English immersion internship outside Quebec.
  • Lessons in a third language in the field of tourism.
  • Two customer service internships to give you as much practical experience as possible.
