Presentation

The art and skill of managing a gourmet restaurant

With a focus on high-end restaurant services, this alternating work-study program will let you develop solid management skills, an in-depth knowledge of culinary culture, and true operational expertise. A solid ground to start your career in this exciting field!

What sets this program apart:

  • Three internships at restaurant establishments, including one outside Quebec
  • Over 1000 hours of practical industry experience
  • Practical courses at the ITHQ's teaching restaurant
  • Hands-on experience in all areas of the gourmet restaurant industry (kitchen, service, bar, sommelier service)
