The art and skill of managing an independent restaurant

This work-study program will prepare you to become a supervisor who can get the most out of your resources. With a focus on high-end restaurant services, this training will give you true operational expertise through two specialization options: cooking or service and sommelier training. Three mandatory internships, including one outside Quebec, will give you a plethora of practical experience.

Covering efficiency, staff coordination, menu planning, and operational costing, this training will help you develop the expertise you need to work in high-end restaurant establishments, which are stimulating work environments that have a high demand for qualified professionals.
