Anglais : communication informelle dans un contexte de vente

This course aims to help English second language students increase both their oral and written language skills so as to perform more professionally in sales-related tasks in the hospitality industry. Oral and written practice seen in the classroom and the language laboratory will contribute to students acquiring more confidence in using new vocabulary and structures related to sales in a hotel context.
