The Short Program in Operations Management in the Hospitality Industry is a bilingual program of 3 courses (9 credits totalling 135 hours) from the Applied Bachelor in Hospitality and Hotel Management. Offered on a part-time basis, this continuing education program is for anyone employed in the hospitality sector or any professional in the industry who wants to better understand the ins and outs of the customer experience.
In addition to this program, the ITHQ offers 3 short specialized programs in hospitality management and an Applied Bachelor in Hospitality and Hotel Management.
After successfully completing all courses of the program, you will be awarded an attestation of completion of studies recognized by the ministère de l’Enseignement supérieur du Québec.
The Short Program in Hospitality Management consists of 9 required credits (3 courses).

Student financial aid (reserved for Quebec residents) is available under the Loans and Bursaries Program of the ministère de l’Éducation et de l’Enseignement supérieur.
Various financial institutions offer a student line of credit service for candidates admitted to this program.
Candidates must meet each requirement of their chosen program and provide all required documents. Incomplete or late applications will be considered inadmissible. After the application process, candidates may be asked to come to a selection interview.
Note that this part-time program is not available to international students.

Certificates of employment attesting to work experience that is relevant to the program (note that a resume is not an official certificate of employment). Certificates of employment must be on company letterhead and include the following information:
Applicants without management experience must also submit a portfolio (79 KB).
Any college or university transcripts, if applicable, even if you have not yet completed the program.
