Do you dream of an amazing career in world-class restaurants? This exclusive ITHQ program combines high-end service techniques with knowledge pertaining to the fascinating world of wines and spirits.

Thanks to its significant practical component – thirty weeks of knowledge application at the ITHQ’s dining rooms and another thirty within ITHQ partner establishments, half of them in an English-speaking setting and the other half in France – the International Restaurant Service and Sommelier Training program allows students to learn in a real-life setting, giving them a head start in terms of professional experience.

This program will open doors to the best establishments in Québec, elsewhere in Canada and abroad. Not only will it allow you to lead a distinguished career within the local and international restaurant industry, it will also make you a sought-after professional who is able to be a true food and wine ambassador.
