This exclusive ITHQ program combines high-level service techniques with knowledge of the fascinating world of wine and spirits. With this comprehensive training, you will become a professional steward/sommelier who is ready to work in the world’s best restaurants!

  • Passionate instructors who are involved in the wine industry in Quebec and around the world
  • Visits to producers and meetings with specialists in the field
  • Practical courses at the ITHQ's teaching restaurants
  • Varied culinary events and prestigious competitions
  • An internship outside Quebec
  • An internship at a vineyard
  • A skills development internship in France or Italy
  • An internship at a Michelin-starred or Relais & Châteaux restaurant in Europe
