This exclusive ITHQ program combines high-level service techniques with knowledge of the fascinating world of wine and spirits. With this comprehensive training, you will become a professional steward/sommelier who is ready to work in the world’s best restaurants!

- Passionate instructors who are involved in the wine industry in Quebec and around the world
- Visits to producers and meetings with specialists in the field
- Practical courses at the ITHQ's teaching restaurants
- Varied culinary events and prestigious competitions
- An internship outside Quebec
- An internship at a vineyard
- A skills development internship in France or Italy
- An internship at a Michelin-starred or Relais & Châteaux restaurant in Europe
