Do you dream of an amazing career in world-class restaurants? This exclusive ITHQ program combines high-end service techniques with knowledge pertaining to the fascinating world of wines and spirits.
Thanks to its significant practical component – thirty weeks of knowledge application at the ITHQ’s dining rooms and another thirty within ITHQ partner establishments, half of them in an English-speaking setting and the other half in France – the International Restaurant Service and Sommelier Training program allows students to learn in a real-life setting, giving them a head start in terms of professional experience.
This program will open doors to the best establishments in Québec, elsewhere in Canada and abroad.
