The Short Program in Hospitality Management is a bilingual program of 5 courses (15 credits totalling 225 hours) from the Applied Bachelor in Hospitality and Hotel Management. Offered on a part-time basis, this program will give you the theoretical, practical and behavioural knowledge to optimize aspects of the customer experience for your specific work context.
RELATED TRAINING
In addition to this program, the ITHQ offers 3 short specialized programs in hospitality management and an Applied Bachelor in Hospitality and Hotel Management.
DIPLOMA
After successfully completing all courses of the program, you will be awarded an attestation of completion of studies recognized by the ministère de l’Enseignement supérieur du Québec.
