Combining food science and management skills: a winning recipe!

Anyone interested in restaurant management knows that ensuring profitability is a challenge!

Collège Montmorency and the ITHQ are joining forces to offer a program that combines food science, management and culinary techniques, so that graduates can put their skills to the service of restaurant chains, hospital centres, supermarket food counters and catering establishments.

Upon completing this program, which includes a 225-hour internship in the Quebec restaurant industry, you will have mastered the knowledge and skills required for making a restaurant profitable, for managing human and material resources, and for supervising meal production.

It's a full menu, but an exciting one!
