Whether you have a vocational diploma in the culinary arts or are already working in the industry, this program is tailor-made for food service professionals. It will allow you to gain the experience required for obtaining a position in restaurant management.

This ITHQ Signature program is designed to help you better manage your kitchen, and most importantly, to make it profitable! With the training you will receive, you will be able to improve your management of costs and supplies, as well as of a staff and a dining room.

The program’s flexible structure (seminars and distance education) will allow you to quickly implement the skills you will be learning.
