It's all well and good for a restaurant to serve fine food, but is it profitable, and are both its clients and staff satisfied? This is where food service managers can make all the difference, hence the high demand for qualified professionals in this field.

Whether it be for a restaurant, corporate cafeteria, supermarket food counter or elsewhere, the training you receive with this ITHQ Signature program will develop your decision-making skills, your business savvy and your cuisine knowledge.

The program includes three internships totally over 1,000 hours, training that will open the doors to a management career in one of the most stimulating fields out there!
