Ace the employee experience

The Short Program in Employee Experience Management in the Hospitality Industry is a bilingual program of 3 courses (9 credits totalling 135 hours) from the Applied Bachelor in Hospitality and Hotel Management. Offered on a part-time basis, this program lets you develop the human resources skills you need to manage, retain, engage, include and attract employees in the hospitality industry.

DIPLOMA

After successfully completing all courses of the program, you will be awarded an attestation of completion of studies recognized by the Ministère de l’Enseignement supérieur du Québec.
