Wines from every angle, from the land to the bottle

This ITHQ Signature program is intended for food service, wine stewardship and wine industry professionals, as well as for members of the general population who already have a good understanding of wines or who have taken the Découverte du vin I program. 

The program, which is unique in North America, provides you with the training required to perform the duties of a wine consultant or specialist. It is a prerequisite for Analyse sensorielle des vins du monde.

As part of the program, you will learn from experts in the field and will acquire the skills required if you wish to pursue further training abroad.

After undergoing this program’s numerous tastings, conferences and meetings with wine producers, you will have unveiled the mysteries of the wine regions of France and Italy, and will also have explored wines from the Americas and Oceania.
