The passion and delights of a culinary career

The culinary world is in full expansion, with the demand for skilled and enthusiastic employees constantly on the rise. Our Contemporary Professional Cuisine program will allow you to master all of its basics.

As part of this program, you will learn food preparation and menu creation techniques, hygiene and food safety principles, and the foundations of proper kitchen functioning. Thanks to the practical training it provides, our program will make it easier for you to enter the workforce. This is an essential program for those who wish to master this profession’s techniques.

This program, which is funded by Emploi-Québec, is available through your employment assistance agent.

NOTE: French is the language of instruction for ITHQ’s programs, with the exception of Wine and Spirit Certificate (English only), Guide touristique de Montréal / Montréal Tourist Guide and Hautes Études en gestion hôtelière internationale / Advanced Studies in International Hotel Management (bilingual: French and English).
