Are you passionate about Italian cuisine? The Cucina Italiana program will show you not only the basics of professional cooking techniques but also the amazing wealth of Italy’s classic culinary heritage as well as its language and culture.

This accelerated training is also an excellent foundation for the Cuisine supérieure (Advanced Culinary Arts) program, if you are planning to specialize in high-end cuisine.
