Level up your managerial skills

The Certificate in Hospitality Management and Customer Experience Design is a bilingual program of 10 courses (30 credits) from the Applied Bachelor in Hospitality and Hotel Management. Offered on a full-time or part-time basis, this certificate will give you the real-world professional knowledge you need to plan, design and implement an authentic and memorable hospitality service for the customer.

This program will help you develop your vision of hospitality processes in their entirety and that accounts for their physical, material, operational, budgetary and perceptual aspects. You will also hone your leadership and interpersonal skills through many applied learning activities.



After successfully completing all courses of the program, you will be awarded an undergraduate certificate in Hospitality Management and Customer Experience Design recognized by the ministère de l'Enseignement supérieur du Québec.
