Do you want to boost your creativity and take your culinary skills to the next level? With a placement rate of over 90%, this alternating work-study program will give you the skills to quickly climb the ladder as a gastronomy professional.

  • Work with the best Quebec products
  • Develop your skills with the help of passionate instructors at the top of their field
  • Attend workshops led by renowned chefs
  • Meet local producers
  • Learn how to make breads and deli meats, pair wine and food, and create plated desserts
  • Do a 12-week internship in France at Relais & Châteaux or Michelin-starred institutions

Want to keep learning? The Advanced Culinary Arts ITHQ Signature program is an excellent foundation for the Kitchen Management (ACS) program and Plant-Based Food and Cooking (ITHQ Diploma).

Note:

French is the language of instruction for ITHQ programs, with the exception of WSET® Level 2 Award in Wines and Level 3 Award in Wines (English only), Montréal Tourist Guide and Applied Bachelor in Hospitality and Hotel Management (bilingual: French and English).
