Do you want to push your cooking skills and quickly climb the ranks as a professional chef? With a placement rate of over 90%, this practical work-study training lets you work with the best Quebec products, attend workshops led by renowned chefs, meet local producers, and do a 12-week internship in France at Relais & Châteaux or Michelin-starred institutions.

An ITHQ Signature program, Cuisine supérieure (Advanced Culinary Arts) is an excellent foundation for the Gestion de cuisine (Kitchen Management) program (ACS) program.
