With a diploma in food service and restaurant management from the ITHQ and a bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Sébastien Héroux has over fifteen years of experience in the hotel and restaurant sector, including eight years in human resources management at the Fairmont hotel chain. For six years, he has worked as a director of human resources in the financial sector while developing his knowledge in his field of expertise.
A student in the MBA Management Consultant program at ESG UQAM, Sébastien Héroux has a passion for individual development and occasionally works with the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés du Québec. His main interests include labour relations, training and staffing.
Mr. Héroux also loves sharing his varied experiences with his students to better equip them for their future role as managers.
