Having the opportunity to complete the ASIHM program as part of the Fairmont hotel chain's leadership program. The program opens up an extraordinary range of career opportunities to those who are willing to work hard to make their dreams a reality.

How I adapted to this intensive program

Setting your priorities is key. The program has a heavy workload, so you have to know how to manage your time and prioritize if you want to accomplish everything required by the courses. It goes without saying that it's a demanding program, but you get a lot of support as well as the tools and resources you need to succeed.
