Sample menu

The following is an example of the type of menu you can expect to see at the Paul-Émile-Lévesque dining room.  

The menu at our teaching restaurant changes regularly in order to vary the type of dishes to prepare and allow students to develop a range of skills throughout their studies. Please note that our menu always includes a vegetarian dish.

Price

The table d’hôte includes two courses (appetizer, main course, coffee or tea), with a price ranging from $10.50 to $15.50. Dessert is not included.
