The weather may be frightful, but our menu is so delightful! To beat the winter blahs, enjoy a gourmet meal at a friendly price. 

Appetizer
Blood pudding puff pastry, salt-roasted apple purée, cranberry and green alder reduction
OR
Sunchoke soup, smashed sunchokes with camelina oil, and sunchoke chips with chervil
OR
Balsam fir marinated salmon, black garlic and miso aioli, radish, kohlrabi, and mustard sprouts

Main course
Pan-seared mackerel, ash sour cream, beets, swiss chard, pickled pearl onions, and fried onions
OR
Canard du Village duck breast, carrots, pan-fried polenta with sea buckthorn berry sauce
OR
Buckwheat gnocchi, mushrooms, squash and seeds
