During the week of March 27, our tasting menu will transport you to Northern Quebec. Enjoy typical and tasty dishes worthy of the North's most beautiful landscapes. You’ll feel like you’ve just stepped out onto the tundra or entered a Boreal forest!
Cow parsnips, Gaspé seaweed, wild mushrooms, native spices, Labrador tea, and sweet clover are just some of the items on the menu that will take you on a fine dining journey to Northern Quebec, explains Chef Jonathan Lapierre-Réhayem.
