MTLàTABLE: it’s time to try it all!

Again this year, the Restaurant de l’ITHQ is joining the two weeks of food festivities of MTLàTABLE. For the occasion, Professor and Chef Samuel Sirois has created a three-course menu full of flavour that features delicious Quebec products.

Three-course menu at $33
Quebec lamb tartare, seaweed salad, samphire
Jerusalem artichoke soup with sweet clover, Jerusalem artichoke skin crumble with chives
Mackerel mi-cuit, mushroom marmalade, sautéed Brussels sprouts chiffonade, soft-boiled peewee egg, rock shrimp paper
Quebec guinea fowl breast two ways, buttery poultry jus, onions, sautéed seasonal root vegetables
Arctic char filet, dashi, sautéed whelks, roasted potatoes, eggplant puree and tuile
Carrot cromesquis, herbed quinoa, tofu
Chocolat eclair with gamma-ray burst (Cacao Barry Challenge)
Sweet clover sablé, sea buckthorn crémeux, maple meringue (inspired by the artwork In the Northland, on display at the MMFA)
- Customers who reserve for the first seating at 6:00 p.m. are kindly asked to leave their table by 8:00 p.m. Thank you for your cooperation!
- Group reservations can be made for a maximum of 8 people and for the 8:30 p.m. seating only.
- The table d’hôte menus at $33 and $39 and group menus are not available for the MTLàTABLE event.
