A Michelin-starred Swiss chef comes to the Restaurant de l’ITHQ
A Swiss food star comes to shine at the 20th Montréal en lumière festival!
In the kitchen, Chef Jonathan Lapierre and his student team will have the pleasure of working with Chef Stéphane Décotterd from the Pont de Brent restaurant (which has two Michelin stars), in the canton of Vaud, Switzerland. Fans of gourmet cuisine from around the world come to this enchanting site for a fine food experience.
- February 21 to 23: Enjoy a menu of Swiss gourmet delights prepared by Chef Lapierre and his student team.
- February 26 to 27: Discover the special menu created by Chef Décotterd, who will be in the kitchen.
- February 28 to March 2: Chef Décotterd's menu will be prepared by the student team and their instructor.

Arrive early and enjoy a Swiss-inspired aperitif at the ITHQ bar: a Swiss raclette for $6 plus a selection from our à la carte “yellow” wines from the Jura region in France, which is right next to Switzerland.
