Located on Saint-Denis Street in front of the beautiful Square Saint-Louis, the Restaurant de l’ITHQ seats 65 people in an elegant indoor space, while its outdoor terrace can seat up to 22 people during the summer season.
During the school year, ITHQ students who are about to complete their programs work at the restaurant to apply the skills they've learned under the watchful eyes of their professors.
Chef Jonathan Lapierre-Réhayem creates seasonal menus that feature local and sustainably farmed products. An impressive cellar with a vast selection of Quebec and Canadian wines will delight even the most demanding wine connoisseurs.
Thanks to its practices to reduce its environmental footprint, the Restaurant de l'ITHQ has been listed in Tourisme Montréal’s directory of eco-friendly restaurants since 2013. It is also a member of Aliments du Québec au Menu, a recognition program for restaurants that promote local Quebec products.
Located right next to the restaurant is the ITHQ bar, a place where you and your friends can get together to relax at the start or end of your evening.
