The ITHQ’s teaching restaurant La Relève gourmande is operated by professors and their students. During the school year, in other words from September to May, our teaching restaurant is open to the public for lunch and supper.

Students from various culinary, pastry-making, management and service programs handle the preparation of the dishes and desserts, as well as their service, as part of their practical courses. This is done according to the class schedule, which is why patrons must arrive at the Paul-Émile-Lévesque dining room at specific times.
