Pasquale Vari is a graduate of the ITHQ and has been teaching here since 1995. He cooked at and took part in the culinary workshop held for Their Royal Highnesses the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge during their visit to Montréal in July 2011 and was awarded the title Chef cuisinier national for 2013 by the Société des chefs, cuisiniers et pâtissiers du Québec.
