Following management studies in France and California, Romain Gruson settled in Montréal to pursue a career as a sommelier. A known figure in the wine world for nearly 20 years, he is the President of the Québec Chapter of the Canadian Association of Professional Sommeliers (CAPS Québec) and has been a professor of restaurant service and sommelier training at the ITHQ since 2002.
