Your wedding is one of the most important events in your life, so let our banquet service help make this day the perfect one you’ll never forget. Get attentive and responsive service from our team and a variety of high-quality and fresh dishes from our kitchen. Our wedding package includes a 4-course table d'hôte menu for lunchtime or evening, including a unique selection of delicious appetizers, main dishes and desserts. Add a second main dish for just $5 more per person.

  • Venison tataki, sour cream with honey mushrooms, marinated cow parsnips

  • Chicken liver mousse, cranberry jelly, marinated cranberries, toasted brioche and apple

  • Duck breast, black garlic puree, potatoes, oyster mushrooms, green alder pepper sauce
  • Black-beer-braised short ribs, Nantes carrot, topped with a bourguignonne sauce 
  • Chicken breast, caramelized onion puree, pan-seared polenta, buttered cabbage and chicken gravy with cow parsnips 
  • Pan-seared Arctic char, beet soubise sauce, fennel, citrus fruit and herbs  
  • 3-hour roasted tomatoes, field peas, naked oat salad, and sunflower seed crisp
