Have a birthday in the family? Want to celebrate with friends? Planning a get-together with co-workers? Every reason is a good one to come and celebrate at the ITHQ.

Ideal for every occasion, this group package includes a banquet menu with a unique selection of appetizers, main courses, and delicious desserts. Add a second choice of main course for just $5 more per person.

If your group has over 50 people, you won't have to pay the room rental fees. And if you want to extend your stay at the Hôtel de l’ITHQ, we will be happy to accommodate you!

Beverages

  • One glass of sparkling wine per person
  • Half-bottle of wine per person (sommelier’s choice)
  • Coffee, tea and herbal tea

Canapés (3 per person, chosen by our chef) 

For example:

  • Salmon gravlax, crème fraîche, sea lettuce and cucumber (on rye bread)
  • Venison tataki, cow parsnip sour cream, marinated honey mushrooms *gluten free
  • Quebec pork cromesqui, marinated mustard seed and dill
  • Butternut squash terrine, sea buckthorn, and pumpkin seed tuile *vegan
  • Sautéed mushroom puff pastry and watercress puree *vegetarian

Appetizers (1 choice)

  • Parsnip soup, parsnip chip and puree, camelina tuile
  • Seasonal soup
  • Pork terrine, cranberry gel, apple and celeriac remoulade, crisp bread tuile
  • Seasonal vegetable salad
  • Green salad, roasted shallot vinaigrette
  • Marinated Ocean Wise salmon, black garlic, seaweed chip, fennel and radish (+ $5)
  • Sautéed mushrooms, soft-boiled egg, Louis d’Or shavings and fried shallot (+ $5)
  • Pressed foie gras (+ $8)

Main courses (1 choice)

  • Vegan or marinated fish poke bowl (naked oats, cabbage, cucumber, camelina, green onion, miso vinaigrette) *vegan or vegetarian
  • Mushroom cavatelli, Grè des Champs cheese *vegetarian
  • Pan-seared Arctic char, beet soubise, braised beets and fennel, fennel and citrus salad
  • Guinea fowl breast, carrot puree with brown butter, roasted carrots, kale, pan-seared polenta and poultry jus with cow parsnip
  • Roasted veal tenderloin, honeyberry gel, Swiss chard, rock salt-roasted whole parsnip, maple and soy reduction (+ $5)
  • Braised bison, boulangère potatoes, root vegetables and wild mushroom sauce (+ $5)
  • Black cod, cauliflower, watercress, Nordic shrimp salad, sunflower seed tuile (+ $10)

Trou Normand (1 per person, chosen by the chef)

Desserts (1 choice)

  • Religieuse with maple mousseline cream
  • Sea buckthorn tart with maple meringue
  • Red berry and beet cheesecake
  • Soft chocolate cake made with ITHQ Or Noir chocolate, honeyberry centre
  • Frozen nougat with Anicet honey, pecan bark, and Ontario peach compote
