Our banquet menus offer a unique selection of appetizers, main courses and deliciously refined desserts made from fresh local products. Available in 3 or 4 courses. Add a cheese course for $10 per person.


Bronze Menu

3 services: $58 per person

Appetizers 

  • Seasonal soup (vegetarian)  
  • Green salad, shallot confit vinaigrette, sunflower and pumpkin seeds (vegan) 
  • Country pâté, housemade pickled vegetables, bread croutons  

Main courses 

  • Free-range chicken breast, herbed mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, mushroom sauce  
  • Nori-crusted roasted turbot fillet, watercress sauce, green vegetables, beluga lentils 
  • Seitan blanquette (vegan) 

Desserts 

  • Sumac Savoy cake, crème fraîche, strawberries, rhubarb 
  • Tartlet with buffalo milk yogurt crémeux, sunflower seed praline, blackcurrant gel, seasonal flowers  
  • Sweet clover éclair, raspberry and dark chocolate ganache, seasonal fruit  
  • Passion fruit and caraway shortbread, candied squash, candied haskap berries

Silver Menu

3 courses: $62 per person
4 courses (including 1 cheese course): $72 per person

  • Carrot and green alder pepper soup, camelina seeds and oil (vegan) 
  • Beet-cured salmon gravlax, beet and fennel salad, housemade herbed tzatziki, bagel chips  
  • Roasted Brussels sprouts Caesar salad  
  • Caramelized onion puff pastry, roasted squash, goat cheese, pickled pumpkin seeds, crabapple jelly (vegetarian)

Main courses

  • Duck leg confit, parsnip purée, Hochelaga oyster mushrooms, kale, maple soy sauce 
  • Des Bobines trout fillet, vadouvan-spiced pearl couscous, broccoli, crushed tomatoes with wild caraway
