We very much would like to thank the ITHQ staff for their warmth and professionalism in hosting our symposium. We would like to thank the banquet cooks and serving staff; we were a rather large group for such an elaborate and fabulous meal, and the staff did their best to make it a great experience. We would also like to thank the lunch staff for their professional organization in getting the lunch served in record time. A person that we would like to single out for a special mention is of course Michael (the maitre'd for both evenings). He was always cheerful, accommodating all sorts of last minute changes.
