Canapés and cocktail hors d'œuvres:

  • ITHQ chefs demonstrate recipes of the menu below, then you prepare one as a team and… you can eat!
  • 3-hour workshop
  • 15 to 20 participants per workshop
  • Group price (up to 15 participants): $1,750. Each additional person: $100.
    Additional charge for meal service in a private dining room: $550

Cold hors d'œuvres:

  • Zucchini paupiettes with crab and dill
  • Provençal cucumber medallions with tuna
  • Mandarin crêpes with Peking duck*
  • Sesame omelet bites

Hot hors d'œuvres:

  • Shrimp tempura
  • Beef and cumin filo rolls
  • Mushrooms stuffed with crispy pancetta and parmesan
  • Polenta crostini with fondue of sweet peppers*
