These programs use dynamic pedagogical methods based on the work-study format, allowing students to develop skills related to industry practices. In addition, the content of these value-added programs includes enrichment activities or additional courses that are exclusive to the ITHQ. Here are a few examples:

  • First Aid
  • Food Science and Sensory Evaluation
  • Mise en Place and Service: Cafeteria Menus
  • Mise en Place and Banquet Service in the Workplace
  • Design component
  • Culinary Applications in Pastry Making
  • Preparation of Bread-Making Products
  • Production
  • Tasting
  • Oral Expression
  • Italian language and culture

Thanks to its instructional equipment, state-of-the-art workshops, and a 42-room training hotel, the ITHQ’s facilities allow students to maximize their learning potential.
