The Association générale des étudiantes et des étudiants de l’ITHQ (ITHQ General Student Association) has the mandate to represent the interests of the general student body in negociations with the school administration.

An executive committee is elected every year by the student population. This committee includes a president, vice-president, treasurer, secretary and a director of communications.

At the beginning of each school year, the executive committee recruits members from the student population in order to set up cultural, promotional, social and sports committees as well as a travel office. The role of these different committees is to organize activities for ITHQ students throughout the school year.
