Regulated training

The hospitality consulting centre has been authorized by the Ministère de l’Agriculture, des Pêcheries de l’Alimentation du Québec, the Office de la protection du consommateur and Éduc’alcool to provide regulated training, which means that the course length and content are set out under legislative and regulatory guidelines. These courses are mandatory for professionals who work in the food and travel industries and for business owners who have alcohol permits and their employees.
