Throughout his 35-year career in the hotel industry, Daniel Gallant has held a number of administrative and management positions, including those of general manager and regional director for several hotel brands, including Le Méridien and Starwood.
Today, as the owner and co-director of a hospitality and food service consulting and training firm, he works closely with several international chains. Through his in-depth knowledge of varying hotel environments, he has developed a broad overview and knowledge of the hospitality industry, which he shares with students along with his experience. With his background in communications studies, he has succeeded in making a name for himself in both the hospitality industry and at the ITHQ.
