Tuition Fees |

Amount an individual must pay to an educational establishment in which he/she has registered for a program of study. Higher tuition fees are charged to all international students. Theses are established by the Ministère de l’Éducation, du Loisir et du Sport du Québec and are subject to change each year. Tuition fees are payable at the start of each term.
Québec students pursuing full-time studies in a public establishment other than a university are not required to pay tuition fees. By virtue of an agreement between Québec and France, any French citizen is thereby exempt from paying the tuition fees applicable to international students.
|
Waiving of Tuition Fees |
By virtue of reciprocal agreements between Québec and certain countries, international students may be exempt from paying the tuition fees that would otherwise be applicable and can therefore benefit by paying the same tuition fees as Québec students. Please consult the list of these countries on the website of the Ministère de l’Éducation, du Loisir et du Sport (http://www.mels.gouv.qc.ca/GR-PUB/m_englis.htm).
