The Centre d’expertise et de recherche en hôtellerie et restauration (CER) at the Institut de tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec (ITHQ) is a confirmed leader in the fields of hotel management, restaurant services, and in scientific approaches to culinary techniques.
It has three main objectives:
- To foster and promote issues involving hotel management and restaurant services
- To support and stimulate innovation, and the advancement of Quebec’s distinguished expertise in the area
- To generate positive pay-backs for the industry and the academic community
