As one of Canada's most groundbreaking schools, the ITHQ innovated once again in 2008 by launching Cucina Italiana, a unique and specialized program.
This ITHQ Signature program concludes with a 13-week internship in Italy, including two weeks at Alma, La Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana, one of the most renowned cooking schools in Europe.
You will be prepared for the internship through 1,470 hours of in-depth training, along with 150 hours dedicated to getting you familiar with the language, culture and complexity of the Italian heritage.
You will also benefit from the expertise of Italian teachers who are recognized culinary specialists in their country of origin.
