An essential complement to the Restaurant Services program, this ITHQ Signature offering provides a unique approach and content that begins with the sensorial evaluation of wines and ends with exclusive ITHQ courses on English-language wine terminology.
The program will take you on an unpaid, three-week internship with a wine producer in France, where you will learn what goes into creating a fine wine. The experience will build the skills so highly sought after by employers in the restaurant industry.
