This ITHQ Signature program focuses on cooking techniques, while allowing you to discover an ancestral culinary tradition.
You will have the privilege of working with Italian teachers who are established culinary specialists in their country of origin.
The program features 1,470 hours of training in professional cooking, along with 150 hours of language and culture classes, during which you will learn about the amazing complexity of the Italian heritage.
It is a demanding but very satisfying program that will open the doors to a stimulating career in Italian cuisine!
