1. What is Uxpertise?

Uxpertise is a vocational training management and delivery platform. It provides a collaborative training environment that enables tracking of all training activities, whether in the classroom or online. It also offers transaction features for the distribution and sale of training tools and products.
The Service in Action online training course is delivered through Uxpertise.


2. Which operating systems does Uxpertise support?

Uxpertise supports all operating systems.


3. What software do I need to use Uxpertise?

No additional software is required.


4. Which Web browsers does Uxpertise support?

The Uxpertise platform supports the main browsers. We recommend however that you use a recent version of one of the following:

• Internet Explorer: Version 10 or later
• Firefox
• Safari
• Chrome


5. What is the recommended minimum screen resolution?

The recommended minimum screen resolution is 1024 pixels by 768 pixels, but higher resolutions will not cause any display problems. See the online help for your operating system to determine or change your screen resolution.


6. I am unable to access the Uxpertise platform or the Service in Action course. What should I do?
